Pre-Booking Policies

For your upmost best experience:

Provide full name, phone numbers
Non-refundable booking fee paid 48 hours before appointment.
I will not work over foreign fills; must book for nail removal and a full set/manicure.
No surprise extra guests unless specified with Nail Tech beforehand.
No cancellations within 48 hours without having to pay cancellation fee.
No calls/no shows will automatically lose spot and will have to repay a booking fee to make another appointment, unless case of emergency.
Any set over 3 weeks will be considered a rebalance, not a fill.
Free nail fixes are provided up to 48 hours after an appointment.
No manicures/pedicures for under 14 years.
Visible damage to nails will mean no service as we care for the natural nail health.
